Routine PM: Regular oil and filter changes are essential to machine health. Keeping on top of your services helps prolong machine life. You made a big investment when you purchased your machinery, keep it running longer with PM services from Iron Doctors!
Machine Diagnostics: Machines are becoming more and more complex as each year passes. Complicated electrically controlled hydraulic systems are becoming the standard now, with computers that monitor each system and control machine functions. Iron Doctors is equipped with dealer-level service tools and data to accurately repair your machines. Currently, we have high-level software and data for John Deere, Caterpillar, Cummins, and Vermeer. If you have a fleet of another brand that needs servicing, we will add on more capability to effectively support you.
Electrical Systems: Gone are the days of simple electronic systems. Now, a network of interconnected computers controls your machine. CAN Bus faults, offline controllers, wiring harness issues, can all bring a machine out of service. Iron Doctors takes pride in extensive knowledge of electrical systems and theories to quickly repair troublesome electrical faults.
Engine and Aftetreatment: As the EPA mandates increased emissions standards, the reliability of new diesel engines goes down, and the complexity goes up. Emissions faults are a common reason that your diesel engine is throwing a fault code and possibly in a derate condition, leaving you stuck at an idle. With years of industry knowledge, Iron Doctors can help fix these issues and get you back in operation.
Hydraulics: Hydraulics are the heart of every machine, it’s what makes your machine work! But hydraulic systems can be complicated and fail in strange ways. Whether its just a leaking hydraulic cylinder, reduced hydraulic performance, or an issue where you curl your bucket and it also makes your left track move, we will solve your issue.
Hydraulic Hoses: Iron Doctors has the ability to make some hydraulic hoses on-site, and for those that cannot be made on-site, we can handle the replacement no problem!
Welding: Iron Doctors provides limited welding services to customers. If you need new shanks replaced on your bucket, have a cracked or broken trailer ramp, or other non-structural needs – we can fire up the welder and get the metal stuck back together! What we don’t do: structural repairs (like broken excavator booms) or line boring. We can get you in-touch with a certified welder that will do that though, just call and ask!
